To determine if the previous sync sessions completed successfully, look at the Telemetry event log on the server (located under Applications and Services Logs\Microsoft\FileSync\Agent in Event Viewer). An Event ID 9102 will be logged once a sync session completes. An HResult of 0 means the sync session completed successfully. If you see an error, please provide the error code.
